OVERVIEW
Welcome to EuroHills. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to EuroHills.
EuroHills operates this website and online platform, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”) in order to provide users with access to curated real estate opportunities, reservation services, and professional real estate-related services.
EuroHills is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with any policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when you access or use the Services.
Please read these Terms carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms or the Privacy Policy, you must not use the Services.
SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence.
To use certain Services, including making payments or submitting inquiries, you may be required to provide personal, billing, and payment information. You represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, complete, and lawful.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted through your account. Accounts may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or licensed to another person.
SECTION 2 – OUR SERVICES
EuroHills provides real estate-related services only, including but not limited to:
• Property listings and presentations
• Reservation fees and deposits
• Professional consulting and coordination services
EuroHills does not currently sell physical goods.
All information provided on the Services is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice. Property availability, pricing, eligibility (including Golden Visa eligibility), and transaction terms are subject to change and to third-party approvals, contractual execution, and applicable law.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS, RESERVATIONS & PAYMENTS
When you place an order, submit a reservation request, or make a payment, you are making an offer to enter into a transaction.
EuroHills reserves the right to accept or decline any order or reservation request at its sole discretion.
Payments may be made via bank transfer or credit card. Orders and reservations are not confirmed until payment has been successfully received and processed.
Once a reservation is confirmed or funds are transferred to third parties (including sellers, developers, notaries, escrow agents, lawyers, or governmental authorities), cancellation may no longer be possible. Refunds, if any, are governed solely by our Refund Policy.
SECTION 4 – PRICING AND BILLING
Prices, fees, and promotions are subject to change without notice. Unless expressly stated, prices do not include taxes, legal fees, notarial fees, governmental charges, or third-party costs.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date billing and payment information and represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
EuroHills does not provide physical shipping. All Services are digital or professional in nature.
If EuroHills offers physical goods in the future, shipping and delivery terms will be updated accordingly and customers will be informed of material changes.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Services, including text, images, branding, logos, videos, layouts, and designs, is owned by or licensed to EuroHills and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
The Services may include access to third-party tools or services. Such tools are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties or endorsement. EuroHills assumes no liability arising from their use.
SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Services may contain links to third-party websites. EuroHills is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party websites. Access is at your own risk.
SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
EuroHills is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. Any sales or transactions are made directly with EuroHills. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and EuroHills. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims arising from such transactions.
SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY
All personal information collected through the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that your information may be processed and stored by Shopify and service providers in other jurisdictions.
SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK
If you submit feedback, suggestions, reviews, or other content, you grant EuroHills a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content for any lawful purpose without compensation.

SECTION 16 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EUROHILLS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EuroHills, its affiliates, partners, officers, employees, and service providers from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

You may not assign these Terms without prior written consent. EuroHills may assign these Terms without restriction.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where EuroHills is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
SECTION 22 – HEADINGS
Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
SECTION 23 – CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on the website and, where required by law, notified to users. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
