Returns, Cancellations & Refunds Policy – EuroHills

Nature of Our Services

EuroHills specializes exclusively in real estate services, including property reservations, deposits, down-payments, and related consulting services. We do not currently sell physical goods.

All payments made through EuroHills are processed via bank transfer or credit card and relate to real estate transactions, reservation fees, or professional services.


Cancellation & Cooling-Off Period

Where applicable, clients may request to cancel a reservation fee or service payment within 14 days from the payment date, provided that:

  • No binding sale agreement has been signed

  • No notarial act has taken place

  • No third-party costs (legal, notary, developer, government fees) have been incurred on the client’s behalf

Requests must be submitted in writing to office@eurohills.com.


Non-Refundable Payments

The following payments are non-refundable:

  • Property reservation fees once the property has been taken off the market

  • Down-payments transferred to developers, sellers, or escrow/notary accounts

  • Payments related to legal, due-diligence, notarial, or governmental services

  • Any payment made after signing a binding purchase agreement

Once funds are transferred to third parties, EuroHills cannot reverse or reclaim them.


Damages, Errors & Issues

If you believe a payment was processed incorrectly, duplicated, or does not reflect the agreed terms, please contact us immediately at office@eurohills.com.
We will review the matter promptly and act in accordance with contractual and legal obligations.


Exceptions

Because EuroHills provides real estate and professional services, traditional product returns do not apply.
There are no exchanges, replacements, or physical returns.


European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If applicable under EU consumer protection laws, and only where no binding real estate contract has been executed, clients residing in the European Union may exercise a 14-day right of withdrawal from a service agreement.

This right does not apply once:

  • A property purchase agreement is signed

  • A reservation has been contractually confirmed

  • Services have been fully or partially rendered with client consent


Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time is up to 10 business days, excluding bank processing delays

  • Bank transfer refunds may require additional verification details

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact office@eurohills.com.


Future Sale of Physical Goods

If EuroHills offers physical goods or merchandise in the future, our return, refund, and exchange policies will be updated accordingly.
Any such updates will be clearly published on our website, and customers will be notified of material policy changes in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
